Unlike most companies like ours, we’ve identified a largely untapped marketplace to cultivate for investors.  The Midwest.

We define our geography of interest to include Des Moines, IA and private companies based within approximately 250 miles of it. This territory captures all of Iowa, much of Nebraska, Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Kansas, and portions of the Dakota’s.  The location of transactions involving equity capital or owner exit usually do not follow any particular pattern.  There is no geographic deal sourcing concentrations.

The investment opportunities are here but transactions must be extricated from the landscape.  That’s our area of expertise.
